Healing and growth look different for everyone. Below you’ll find the ways we can work together, from individual therapy and life coaching to immigration psychoalogical evaluations, speaking engagements, and professional consultations.
Each service is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care and designed with first-gen, bicultural, and high-achieving professionals in mind.
Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy for Adults in Illinois (Virtual)
Virtual, trauma-informed therapy for adults in Illinois navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and burnout. Sessions available in English, Spanish, or Spanglish.
Therapy is a space to slow down, breathe, and hear yourself again.
In our work together, we might:
Explore how anxiety, perfectionism, and overthinking show up in your daily life
Process traumatic or painful experiences using EMDR (more information on EMDR Therapy) and other trauma-informed tools
Learn nervous system regulation skills to soothe, soften, and ground your body
Practice setting boundaries at work and with family without drowning in guilt
Rediscover joy, play, and rest as part of your healing (not a reward for productivity)
What Therapy Looks Like:
Format: 50-minute virtual sessions

Languages: English, Spanish, or Spanglish
Approach: EMDR, CBT, somatic and mindfulness practices, solution-focused and person-centered care, all culturally adapted
